Responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning for patients and residents with special needs.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3 + years experience
- CDR
- PA State License
- PA Fingerprints
- Mental Health / Behavioral Health experience
