JOB OVERVIEW

Clinical Dietitian (RD) III – Behavioral Health

• 1 year contract. 

Schedule:  25 hours per week, ideally M-W-F

       Setting:

• Mental Health / Behavioral Health Resident and      Outpatient Clinic

• Responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning for patients and residents with special needs.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3 + years experience
• CDR 
• PA State License
• PA Fingerprints
• Mental Health / Behavioral Health experience
